The purpose and legal basis of the processing
The main concern and legal interest of processing personal data is to fulfill the company purpose registered in the trade register.
The object of the company is:
- Conception and implementation of products, projects, turnkey solutions in the fields of geographic information systems (GIS) and database applications.
The data provided by you are used for contract processing and within the Esri Deutschland Group for marketing purposes, in order to send you a newsletter on our products and services, for example.
The Esri Deutschland Group includes Esri Deutschland GmbH, Kranzberg, Esri Schweiz AG, Zürich, Esri Ruanda Ltd., Kigali, Geocom Informatik AG, Burgdorf (Switzerland) and Geocom Informatik GmbH, Kranzberg.
Your data will not be sold to third parties or marketed in any other way.

Transmission of personal data to a third country
A transmission to third countries (countries beyond the European Union or EEA) takes place in the framework of the contract fulfillment, execution of pre-contractual measures and required communication under consideration of an adequacy decision of the EU Commission.
Transmission to the relevant clerk also takes place, which according to Art. 28 DSGVO, is an obligation in the order as a data processor, e.g. CRM services in the Cloud, and other legally permitted exceptional cases.
Duration of data retention
If required, we will process and store your personal data for the duration of our business relationship. Data is deleted following the expiration of legal, statutory or contractually agreed periods of retention. Data not underlying the record retention will be deleted after the omission of already defined purposes.
Information about your rights
Upon request, you have the right to obtain information about which kind of personal data is saved about you and for which purpose it is used. You also have the right to correct or delete any personal details or limit the processing and you have the right to appeal against this processing. The objection can only relate to certain processing of your personal data, such as direct advertising.

You have the right to obtain the personal data relating to you, which you provided us with, in a structured, accessible and machine-processable format. Upon request, we will transfer such data to a responsible party, insofar as technically feasible.
If you feel inadequately supported by our company, where your rights are concerned, there is a right of appeal at a supervisory authority.
